Acrobatics Syllabus
This guide is for parents and dancers to understand placement and progression for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Acro classes.
Beginner Acro
Typical Age Range: 4–8 years (or older with no prior acro experience)
Focus: Body awareness, strength, flexibility, and introductory acro skills.
Must-Have Skills to Enter:

Forward roll / Backward roll
